Absolutely excellent! Praveen at ANRC is a highly skilled professional and a lovely man. I was struggling to stand or sit up straight and could no longer play golf my hip and lower back hurt so much each day. 5 sessions later it hasn't felt painful at all in weeks, I'm more flexible than I have been in years and I'm playing golf again and better. He addressed my at work posture, my home hobby postures, walking style, swing style, sleeping posture, everything until all issues were completely solved. To achieve this Praveen is very honest with you about two simple things: 1. Treatment will be painful at times, and you'll defo feel sore afterwards for that day and there's no real getting around that. 2. The exercise and stretching programs you do between sessions categorically defines the speed and rate of your recovery. I saw Praveen for an issue with my neck. He was very helpful and thorough and alleviated all my symptoms within a few sessions.

I could not turn my head to the left for over a month. Praveen released the spasm and nodules in just one session. The following session focussed on surrounding muscles and structures and I now have a far greater range of movement. Very personable, knowledgeable and thoroughly reccomended.
