I found Praveen online but am very happy that I did. I had neglected myself for a while and, as a consequence, nearly couldn’t use my right arm at all unless I was prepared to be in agony. He was very kind and helpful with exercises and advice – don’t get me wrong, he will hurt you, as any good physio should, but I couldn’t recommend him enough! I have work to keep doing as my injury isn’t something that you can fix overnight, but I have been given the tools to keep it all up and make sure my shoulder keeps getting stronger.
